Ann’s Heart Women’s Shelter works collaboratively with community partners to provide a safe, structured, short-term residential stabilization program for women experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Lane County.

Referral Process

If you believe someone may be a good fit for our program, please contact Ann’s Heart to discuss current availability and eligibility.

Depending on the circumstances, the referral process may include:

• Initial discussion with the referring agency
• Screening for program eligibility
• Review of current bed availability
• Intake interview with the prospective guest
• Coordination of admission when appropriate

Because our shelter has limited capacity, admission cannot always be guaranteed.
