Tami’s goal is to help clients find their strengths to build on, while eliminating barriers so they can live the life they want and deserve. She has training in addiction counseling/cognitive therapy/crisis intervention/conflict management along with disaster recovery with the Red Cross.

Merinda Pulver is vital to Ann’s Heart through organizing and managing all things involving the shelter/provides documentation for services/keeps a repository of current services for our guests/is involved in case management along with keeping our guests’ animals safe and the shelter’s Koi fish happy.

June began her outreach to the Springfield-area in 2016 by establishing meal and after-school programs for the unhoused. She retired from the United Methodist ministry after 37 years of service to Oregon and Idaho. June has two sons, one lovely husband, and one bionic knee. June is a volunteer at local warming shelters and enjoys singing, bicycling, and crocheting.

Kathy brings a background in business and a deep personal commitment to the mission of Ann’s Heart Women’s Shelter. Rooted in a faith-driven belief that every person matters, she draws on the compassion instilled by her parents to guide her leadership. She is dedicated to ensuring that every woman served by the shelter feels valued, supported, and celebrates the steps each guest takes toward healing and stability. Kathy enjoys creating, renovating, coffee and a good book.
